There's no need to name this person. The whole World knows who he is, and that's the way he prefers it.

That very aspect could be where some of the outlandish behaviour comes from, though I doubt it's really that simple.

This person has a pathological desire for power, control and wealth that is often accompanied by delusions of grandeur and over-inflated self importance.

Striving for absolute power while showing little humility and often exhibiting narcissistic behavior, perfectly describes this person. Rudeness and arrogance are synonymous to this name, as is the idea that truth is completely unimportant.

These are all traits of meglomania - a psychological disorder where an individual is convinced they are something far greater than they actually are. These people often aspire and reach positions of power, and history shows they generally end up with blood on their hands in the name of some crazy "crusade".

Now this easily describes a bunch of well known names: Mao Zedong, Joseph Stalin, the entire Kim Dynasty, Hitler, Genghis Khan, Saddam Hussein and Muammar Gaddafi to name a few.

But we all know who this person is. He chairs simultaneously a Board of Peace, & the Department of War.

This person is famous for the following quote: " A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again".

With a scary kind of humour this person has installed a red button on his desk to deliver.... a diet Coke... whilst maintaining that other countries cannot be trusted with a nuclear weapon.

We should not criticize, really, we should take pity upon the retched Harlequin with the compulsion for attention. If only he wasn't in charge of the second most powerful military in the World...
